An Actually FUN Way to Work on Self Improvement
Using simple tools of paper, permanent markers, and colored pencils, we are able to engage our mind in a creative way; to help release our old ways of thinking to allow for new, healthier cognitive patterns to emerge and grow. You don't have to be an artist, and you don't have want to delve deep into your psyche for Neurpgraphica to work. The beauty is through the simple act of drawing; being focused and in the present allows our brains to facilitate deep change within.
Drawing is one of the first known forms of communication, and the simple shapes of circles, squares, triangles, and lines can be transformed to complex messages. The human brain naturally uses our hand-eye coordination to convey meaning. Plus it draws on the natural forms around it to pull in our environment.

Neurographica Specialist - Individual & Group Sessions
I am a Neurographica Specialist, certified through Pavel Piscarev's Psychology of Creativity Institute. That means I coach you through sessions with defined algorithms. I focus on guiding you through drawings that we select based on oyur needs, that help you with self-healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Sessions
Sessions can be in-person or on-line.
- For individuals I offer single sessions, or a group of sessions on a particular theme.
- For groups I offer a stand alone session, or a combined session within a retreat or larger gathering.

How Does It Work?
Every drawing, from the most basic to the most advanced, follows an algorithm. This algorithm has eight steps that are always completed in some combination. With each step there can be variations, especially at the Composition stage. Composition means to compose, to create.
For example, if we draw the NeuroTree, seen above, the creativity and ability to define the topic you want comes in the lines, circles and colors you put within your tree. The roots reperesent your past, the trunk your present, and the future the canopy. But within that framwork, the topic possibilities are endless.
The second drawing above is called the Algorithm for Revealing Intentions. It works a little differently in that you are using the lines to determine where the circles are placed. It works more on your subconscious level, helping you to discover something unknown.
Regardless of the algorithm, we use a combination of the 8 steps to complete your drawing, and your tools are always paper, markers or pens, and colored pencils or highlighters. I guide you through every step, but the topic, the details, the work you do internally, all comes from you.
